1. What is the bag’s price?
The bag’s price depend on the bag’s type, size, quantity, material, material’s thickness, print and so on.
2. It is can print my logo on the bag?
That is no problem we can make your artwork on the bag.
3. Can make the bag in my color?
Yes, but you want to make the material’s color by your PANTONE color and it isn’t in our color card would need enough quantity can be made. If the color we have that would needn’t limited the quantity.
4. What is the mini order?
We didn’t have mini order if you quantity is less than 10000pcs we would charge the mold fee and print fee and the price would be higher.
5. What is the sample time?
Ordinary the hot seal bag 3 days, sewing bag 5 days, pp/pe/opp 12 days.
6. How much the sample fee?
The sample we have just need you to offer the express fee, if need to set up the mold and print your logo, we just charge the mold fee, print fee and express fee.
7. What is the production time?
It would depend on your quantity. The simple bag less than 1000pcs is about 7 days.
8. What is your working process?
Quote→make sample PI→pay sample payment→make samples→past the sample/ remake the sample→make PI→transfer the deposit→make the production→finish the production→transfer the balance→arrange the shipping→provide after-sale.
9. If the goods have problem what would you solve?
We would find the reason first, if the product isn’t consistent with your confirmation sample we would remake the product for you and offer the shipping fee. For customer’s reason we would try our best to help them solve the problem.
